  • ✨ Arriving ✨

What does it mean to arrive?
To be on the way… to feel the anticipation…
To land — not just at a destination, but in your body.

In this weeks 5Rhythms class, we explore that space between coming and being here.
Between movement and stillness.
Letting the body lead.

How does your body respond to the word "arriving "?
What sensations rise?
What do you need to truly land?

🌿

For 2 days I’m back in Tasmania.
Feeling raw. Vulnerable.
The land, the weather, the people — all moving to a different tempo.

My body feels tender.
A little heavy, a little sore.
And I catch myself comparing… feeling not enough, too much, too old.

But then I breathe.
I remind myself — I’m here. I’m willing. I prepare as best I can and let the rest to the mystery.

We’re always trying to get somewhere.
But what if we allowed ourselves to simply be where we are?
To move at our own pace.
To nurture ourselves gently.
To arrive again and again.
