As a committed dance teacher, I’ll guide you through mindful and instinctive movement experiences. By practising 5Rhythms, Sacred Circle Dance, Meditation, and other art forms, we create a space where people come together as a supportive community in Tasmania, promoting better health and a profound sense of well-being.

🌼A 5Rhythms Wave, allowing us the time to flow, release of our pre-conceived ideas of what we're 'supposed' to do. Gently opening us to the point of surrendering to our own movement, filling up the space entirely with dancing, shaking, moving, gliding, sweating, and weaving amongst each other effortlessly.
🌼The deep rest and silence after, growing into a natural intergration, resting in the vibrations of bowls and gongs and all the beauty of sound.
🌼 A perfect ending of the weekend, with a gentle and deepening integration the next day, creating a vision board from a flowing place focussing on the year to come with clarity and presence.To all participants, thank you so much for joining us and trusting us to guide you. Wowzah!
