Testimonials

What students say about us

  • Dear dance community,

Are you feeling overwhelmed or stuck lately? It could be the perfect time to create more space in your life.
The last few weeks, I've been decluttering my space, cleaning out unnecessary items. But also clearing out my thoughts and beliefs and energies that surround them. Joyfully, I'm refreshing my music library while dancing through the house with ease.  This is why I love the 5Rhythms so much. It brings me into my body, allowing me to let go of cluttered thoughts and stuck feelings. I feel grounded, connected, and free after a 5Rhythms Wave.

Curious to experience this for yourself?
Join me for a Sunday morning workshop where I'll lead you through the fundamentals of 5Rhythms. It's an opportunity to explore your declutter dance and find your renewed space.
No experience is needed. Come as you are with the open mind and the willingness to explore yourself as you are right now.

● Sunday, May 26th
● 11 am - 1 pm
● Uniting Church North Hobart
● Door opens at 10.45 am.
● We dance barefoot. Bring a water bottle and flexible clothes to move in.
