As a committed dance teacher, I’ll guide you through mindful and instinctive movement experiences. By practising 5Rhythms, Sacred Circle Dance, Meditation, and other art forms, we create a space where people come together as a supportive community in Tasmania, promoting better health and a profound sense of well-being.
