What is this dance class about?
While allowing to breathe-in deeply, we’ll unwind and untangle from stress and find relaxation.
Soothing our nervous system and feeling at ease with ourselves by allowing the body to move how it wants to move. How do we loosen up and make yourself at home in your body? Try and experience the medicine of the 5RHYTHMS one hour Wave and learn how to relax, release and have fun with movement and dance.

Join us in a 5 Rhythms Wave – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness – designed to release the dynamic, free and expressive YOU. No previous dance experience is necessary, just a willingness to move and explore your unique dance within a safe and welcoming space. This class is perfect for those that are new to dance. All levels of dance experience are welcome. 5Rhythms is free from steps or moves to follow.

Please allow time for parking, checking in, and preparing for movement. Door opens 20min before class starts with music to settle in.
