Come as you are and discover the joy, release, and self-discovery that movement and dance can bring.

What to Expect 🌈 

• Immerse yourself in this inclusive dance experience free from steps, moves or daily limitations.
• The workshop starts with a gentle guided into to relax body mindfully, a music set will follow to dance freely and arrive. Than an short intermezzo to introduce the ‘theme of the day’ and 5Rhythms, followed by guide exploration of your own dance. After the slowdown, we’ll come together in a closing circle for a moment to reflect while enjoying a warm cup of tea.
• These dance sessions is designed for beginners to experienced dancers, ages 16 and above.
• Movement seekers from all ages, genders and cultural background are welcome to experience this dance journey..
• We dance with clarity and intention on this is sober, drugs and alcohol free, dry dance event. Led by certified and accredited 5Rhythms® Waves Teacher, Marjolein Akkerman.

Where and When 🎶

• Once a month on Sunday we come together at Uniting Church Nort Hobart.
• Door opens 15 min before class starts with music to settle in. Please allow time for parking, checking in, and getting ready.
• Door is open 10.45 – 11.10 pm, we start @11pm. The door will close shortly after we’ve started so we can fully focus on the dance.

$ 27 –  Early Explorer Ticket  |  Limited tickets available till 10 days before event.
$ 30 –  Funky Feet Ticket  | Pre-pay online for easy check-in, available till 2 days before event.
$ 36 –  All Aboard Ticket  | On the weekend, Online or On the door (cash or card).
