Come as you are and discover the joy, release, and self-discovery that movement and dance can bring.

What to Expect 🌈 

• Immerse yourself in this inclusive dance experience free from steps, moves or daily limitations.
• The workshop starts with a gentle guidance in relaxing the body mindfully, a music set will follow to dance freely and arrive. Then a short intermezzo  to introduce the ‘theme of the day’ and 5Rhythms, followed by an exploration of your own dance. After the slowdown, we’ll come together in a closing circle for a a moment of reflection while enjoying a warm cup of tea.
• These dance sessions is designed for beginners to experienced dancers, ages 16 and above.
• Movement seekers from all ages, genders and cultural background are welcome to experience this dance journey..
• We dance with clarity and intention on intention on this sober, drugs and alcohol free, dry dance event. Led by certified and accredited 5Rhythms® Waves Teacher, Marjolein Akkerman.

Where and When🎶 

Location: Kickstart Arts Centre (NEW VENUE).

This month we dance in the Old School Room at The Kickstart Arts Centre. When you come through the gate into the garden, we’ll find the Old School Room on your left.

Day: Monthly on Sundays.

Time: 11 AM – 1 PM

Door is open 10.45 – 11.10 AM. For latecomers, please inform Marjolein in advance by text 0475032450.
