PLEASE BRING:

• Everything you will need for comfort during the Sound Bath. Mat, blankets, cushions, eye mask.
• Wear or bring comfortable clothes for dancing in.
• We dance barefoot yet If needed bring dancing, or white sole heelless shoes
• Comfort items can be made available for you with plenty of prior notice; please message the organisers.

CHILDREN  –  Age 6 -16 are welcome, with the understanding that there will be large periods of meditative energy. One child per adult only.
