🌸 5Rhythms® Waves – Women’s Morning Free Dance Journey

Come as you are.
Discover the joy, release, and self-discovery that movement and dance can bring — in a space created especially for women.

This is a monthly gathering, an opportunity to return regularly to your body, your breath, and your movement in a supportive circle of women. Come once, or make it a monthly ritual — both are equally welcome.

Step into a one-hour guided dance journey where there are no steps to learn and no choreography to follow. This is a space to gently awaken the body, reconnect to yourself, and move freely in your own way.

Facilitator Marjolein Akkerman, certified and accredited 5Rhythms® Waves Teacher, guides the body into mindful presence before opening the space for free expression.

This is an inclusive space for women of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Whether you are new to movement or have been dancing for years, you are warmly welcome.

We dance with clarity and intention in a sober, drug- and alcohol-free (dry) space.
